New patients: $20 deposit

In order to verify that you are a real person and do intend to come to your appointment, we require a $20 deposit to hold your appointment time. This will be applied to your first visit copay/deductible or refunded in the event that you don't have a copay. The deposit will not be refunded or applied to treatment if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or if you don't show for your appointment.
